The general areas were beautifully maintained and I felt comfortable relaxing in the common spaces. As a senior woman, I also appreciated that the hotel was easily accessible with no stairs to climb, making it easier for me to navigate.

Communication with the staff is difficult and check-in could be smoother. The neighborhood is not attractive and bathrooms are dirty with poor sound isolation.
